How A Performance Coach Can Bring Out Your Super Powers

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to be a superhero? To feel invincible, powerful and unstoppable.

My aim as a performance coach is to help people unlock their hidden super powers that lie within all of us.

We all have a bit of magic inside us…

But most don’t know how to find it.

If you’ve ever achieved something you didn’t think you could then you probably know what I mean when I talk about the feeling of being on top of the world.

When you’re confident you feel alive, like you’ve got purpose in what you’re doing and the best of what you have to offer shines through.

Think of a time you were confident…

I bet you stood tall with pride, you were smiling and everyone wanted to be around you or spend time with you.

If you’re struggling to think of an example yourself then think of someone that you know that is confident.

You may even think “I wish I could be more like them”

The truth is you can be.

Working with a performance coach will help bridge the gap between where you are right now (A) to where you want to get to (B).

7 benefits of working with a performance coach:

#1. Gain clarity

It will help you to recognise the things that you have probably not noticed yourself. Having clarity is key to achieving what you want.

#2. Focus

Have a better understanding and simplify what you need to do to move forward.

#3. More confidence

Know and feel comfortable that your plan will work and your preparation will pay off.mirror

#4. Higher motivation

You will definitely have an unconscious shift in motivation as you start to see what is actually possible.

#5. Feel empowered

You will feel in control and truly believe that you can do anything you put your mind to.

#6. Be more positive

Your thinking will adapt to more positive thoughts and you will start to think like a champion.

#7. Get things done

Most people procrastinate and put things off but being accountable to someone pushes us to take action consistently and allows us to build momentum which leads to results.

Working with a Performance Coach will help you…

To identify exactly what you want and then work with you to help give you the best chance at achieving it.

It’s like having your own personal mentor.

A performance coach can help you to identify what it is that you really want and ignite the fire and passion which lies inside of you to make sure you achieve it.

“If you don’t give fire any air then it will die down”

Do you know your destination?

When you get in a car you need a destination otherwise you just drive around aimlessly with no purpose or end point.  destination pin

Once you have a destination, you can work out the best route to get there.

If you’ve never been to the place you want to go (i.e. in foreign territory), then you probably don’t know the roads or how to get there.

Likewise, if you’ve never achieved what you want, then
you’ll need guidance.

That is when you would use a GPS (or map)

The GPS is your performance coach – guiding you to where you want to go.

Someone whose been there themselves and has stayed up to date (upgraded to new roads) is more likely to take you along the best route and will get you there in the shortest amount of time.

You are the driver which means that you are in control but without direction it’s easy to get distracted, ending up on the wrong road, in loads of traffic or in an accident.

Like an updated GPS, a performance coach will help you achieve what you want in the easiest and quickest way.
